Bomb Threat on Turkish Airlines Flight

Turkish Airlines’ Boeing 737 type aircraft with TC-JVS registration, operating #TK1766 Warsaw – Istanbul flight, declared an emergency and divert to Bucharest, Romania.

Upon a bomb threat, the cockpit crew declared an emergency and the plane landed at the nearest port as per the procedures. Airport emergency teams met the plane after landing. While passengers are taken to the terminal, searches continue on the plane.
